Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you?
Our Mesa location is just south of University on Country Club Dr.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday 8am to 6pm.
From November to February we close at 5:30 pm due to lack of sunlight
Sunday 9am to 5pm.
What days are you closed?
4 Times: New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas
Also, on days of inclement weather we may close early simply because no one will come in when it is raining.
What kind of car wash are you?
Full-service meaning we will clean your vehicle inside and out. You exit the vehicle and wait in an air conditioned lobby. We vacuum, put the vehicle on the wash tunnel where it is automatically washed with soft cloth curtains and cleaning wheels. We will then wipe down the interior, clean windows inside, wipe down the exterior including wheels and apply protectants if ordered.
We also offer an Express Wash. You pay outside, remain in your vehicle while it goes through the automatic wash tunnel and then you drive away, clean and happy.
How often should I wash my car?
Obviously, when it is dirty but also when it doesn’t because dust that collects on your vehicle surface contains harmful elements that ‘eat’ away at the vehicle surface. Some people wash weekly. At least every two weeks as a minimum.
How can I better care for the cars’ interior?
A regular vacuuming is essential in preserving the interior carpets and upholstery. Allowing dirt and clutter to accumulate on the floors causes the material to wear prematurely. Think about your own home, how often do you vacuum your own carpets? It is just as important for your car.
How harmful are bird droppings to my car?
There are acids present in bird droppings. It is best to get the droppings washed off as quickly as possible.
My car got egged. Now what?
If you can’t come in immediately, then wash it off as fast as you can. Egg is much worse than bird droppings and may quickly ruin your paint.
Will oil or tar come off in a regular wash?
No, it takes extra cleaning fluids (along with an extra price) to take care of these problems.
